Web accessibility means that everyone, including people who have some constraints on using websites, such as the elderly or people with disabilities, or who are unfamiliar with using websites, can use the information and functions provided on websites without any problems.
The Kasai City website (hereinafter referred to as "this site") is committed to creating web pages that comply with the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS X 8341-3:2016 (Guidelines for design considerations of the elderly, persons with disabilities, etc. - Information and communication equipment, software and services - Part 3: Web content).

Base Indicators

Kasai City will use the "Everyone's Public Site Operation Guidelines (2016 Edition)" (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications) as well as documents and various guidelines provided by the Web Accessibility Infrastructure Committee as indicators for its web accessibility efforts.
