How to get on and off the KASAI Neppi-go and Shinki Bus

  1. STEP.1

    Before boarding the bus

    • For a smoother experience, please prepare some coins beforehand.
      * Larger denomination bills (10,000 yen and 5,000 yen notes) cannot be exchanged on the bus.

    • For express bus routes that require a ticket, please purchase the ticket in advance.

  2. STEP.2

    Wait at the bus stop

    • Please board the bus at the bus stop and wait in line near the bus stop.

    • For express bus routes that require a ticket, please purchase the ticket in advance.

    • You can check the operation information of the KASAI Neppi-go bus on the bus approach information service "#rakkya". Please use your smartphone to scan the QR code installed at the bus stop.

  3. STEP.3

    Check your destination

    • The destination, stops, and route numbers are displayed on the front and sides of the bus.

  4. STEP.4

    I get on the bus

    • Board at the rear door and exit at the front.

    • When boarding, please take a numbered ticket from the ticket issuing machine located near the boarding entrance. If you are using an IC card, please touch it to the reader.

  5. STEP.5

    Inside the car

    • To prevent accidents, please be sure to sit in an empty seat (unless the train is full).

    • If you are standing, please make sure to hold on tightly to a strap or handrail.

  6. STEP.6

    When you get off

    • When the bus stop where you wish to get off is announced, please press the "Get off" button to notify the driver.

  7. STEP.7

    Check the fare

    • Check the number on your ticket (if your ticket has not been issued it will say "None") and the operation sign at the front of the car, then insert the exact fare into the fare box, making sure you do not receive any change.
      *If you don't have enough coins, please exchange them in advance.

  8. STEP.8

    Pay the fare

    • Please wait until the bus has come to a complete halt before getting up from your seat.

    • Please insert the fare and numbered ticket into the fare box next to the driver's seat. No change will be given, so please exchange it for money in the change machine.
      *Please touch the IC card to the reader.

    About currency exchange

    • If you wish to exchange money, please use the exchange machine attached to the fare box at the front.

    *10,000 yen and 5,000 yen notes cannot be exchanged.

    *Please refrain from changing seats or exchanging money while the train is moving as it is extremely dangerous.

    *Please exchange money while the bus is stopped.

  9. STEP.9

    get off the bus

    • Please be careful where you step when descending.

    • After getting off the bus, please refrain from jumping out into the road from the front or rear of the bus as this is dangerous.

If you have any questions, please ask the driver when the bus is stopped.
There is an intercom next to the boarding door, so please use it if you have any questions before boarding.
