If you board at a station with a ticket vending machine
If you are boarding at a station with an automatic ticket vending machine (Hojomachi Station), please purchase your ticket before boarding.
When a train is approaching the platform, it is extremely dangerous to go beyond the yellow line (towards the tracks). Always wait inside the yellow line.
For two-car one-man trains, please board through the door towards the rear of the first car.
Even if you have a ticket, a coupon ticket, or a commuter pass, please be sure to get a numbered ticket (numbered tickets are not issued at Hojomachi Station and Awo Station).
